Registration fees are applicable on the date of payment, not on the date of registration.
Registration fees include:

Payments can be made by the following means:

(swift code poalilit), Branch no. 780, Itzhak Sade Street, Tel Aviv. All bank charges should be covered by the sender.
Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
Conference Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is
received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:
• Before September 25, 2010 - Full refund with a deduction of US$ 100 handling fee.
• From September 25, 2010 - No refund
Tourist Services Reservations
Tours for accompanying guests as well as pre and post-conference tours in Israel are offered for interested participants.
Special requests for additional tourist services reservations, such as hotel extensions, regular tours, private
car tours, car rentals, touring in limousines with driver/guide, etc. can be booked through Ortra Ltd.
Important Notes!
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
• The conference program is subject to change without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the only liability of the conference hosts is to
refund all the registration fees paid.
• All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
What is "Group Registration"?
Group Registration applies to groups of two or more participants from the same organization, who collectively
contact the conference secretariat to receive a "Group Code".
How to Register as a group?
1. Requests for a "Group Code" should be sent to the conference secretariat with the full
details of the group’s contact person (full name, organization, telephone
number, fax number, email address) and the names of the group members from the same organization who
will register to the conference.
2. The "Group Code" will be sent to the contact person only and he/she should distribute it among the group members.
3. Each group member should complete the online registration form with the "Group Code" in order to receive
the discounted rate.
Important:
• Each group will receive only one "Group Code". Only one contact person may register all group members.
• For these purposes "the same organization" does not apply to subsidiaries or affiliates.
• To benefit from the special reduced rate all group members must register at the same time frame as assigned
to the group (i.e. early or late registration rate) and the group members' registration and payment must be
completed by October 1, 2010.
• The final registration fee collected will be set based on the actual number of registrants from the same
organization.
