ACCOMMODATION
Following are hotels in Jerusalem in which rooms have been reserved and are available to Conference participants. These rooms are offered at a specially reduced rate when booked through the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd.. The special rates are offered for bookings done until September 23, 2010 and cannot be guaranteed after this date. Therefore, early booking is recommended.

Payment Terms
Payments can be made by these means:

Online booking and payment by credit card are on a secure server.
Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your “Registration Form”. The rest of the Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged one month prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of Tourist Services payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:
• Before September 15, 2010 - Full refund with a deduction of US$ 150 handling fee.
• From September 16, 2010 – until October 3, 2010 – One night fee
• From October 4, 2010 until October 17, 2010 – Two nights fee
• From October 18, 2010 – No refund
