PCT applicants and agents should note that it is the International Bureau of WIPO alone which publishes all PCT applications promptly after the expiration of 18 months from the priority date (see PCT Article 21(2)(a)); there is no separate fee for such international publication, and the legal effects of international publication are set out in PCT Article 29. In case of doubt in relation to such an invitation, please contact the International Bureau by telephone +41 22 338 83 38 or facsimile +41 22 338 83 39.           עדכונים בנוגע לבקשות ה-PCT ( 01.12.09) הנדון: עדכונים בנוגע לבקשות ה- PCT הנני להודיעכם על השינויים הבאים, המתייחסים לבקשות המוגשות בהתאם לאמנת ה- PCT: שינויים בתעריפי האגרות החל מ- 1 בינואר 2010 יחולו השינויים הבאים בתעריפי האגרות:     - אגרת ההגשה הבינלאומית תוגדל מ- 1184$ ל- 1300$.     - אגרות היתר (לכל עמוד בבקשה מעל ל- 30) תוגדל מ- 13$  ל- 15$.     - אגרות החיפוש של מוסד החיפוש האירופי תוגדל מ- 2378$ ל- 2515$.     - אגרות טיפול לבחינה בינלאומית מוקדמת של מוסד החיפוש האמריקאי יוגדלו מ- 171$ ל-                 195$ . - אגרות טיפול לבחינה בינלאומית מוקדמת של מוסד החיפוש האירופאי יוגדלו  מ- 121    אירו ל- 132 אירו. החל מ- 1 בינואר 2010 תוגדל ההנחה הניתנת למי שמגיש בקשת PCT באמצעות SAFE (EASY model)-PCT מ- $89 ל- $98 . אגרת המסירה תוגדל מ- 518 ש"ח ל- 532 ש"ח.         1
