Ratification of the UN Convention against Corruption

It was decided:

1. To ratify the UN Convention against Corruption, with a reservation from Article 66(2), and declarations according to Articles 6(3), 44(6), 46(13) and 46(14), as attached to this decision.
2. To authorize the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute this Resolution.

It was decided:

1. To ratify the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
