The Ministry's Legal Advisor stands at the head of the Legal Department and he is responsible for 4 main spheres of operations (sub-divisions):

1. Legal Department – Legal advice for the government department as a government department and as is accepted in every government department.
2. Custody courts overseeing the custody of illegal aliens.
3. Dealing with procedures for election and appointment of members to the various bodies and tribunals under the minister's auspices.
4. The field of the Christian ethnic groups and conversions
