The organizational structure of ILITA includes 3 departments:

ú          Registration and Supervision Department – in charge of most of the regulatory activities related to data protection, credit data services and certification authorities, such as registration, audit and licensing.

ú          Enforcement Department – intended to perform all enforcement activities with relation to the laws ILITA is in charge of. The department will include intelligence, investigations and prosecution functions that will specialize in data protection infringements. The department will also assist other prosecution authorities with regard to law and technology issues, especially in the field of electronic evidence.

ú          Legal Department – provides legal counsel to ILITA's activities, participates in law and technology related legislation processes, and advises governmental bodies with relation to projects with technological aspects.
